When two (or more) people raise one (or both) of their hands up in the air and smack them together.
Similar to a "High-five", but can be done with more than two people and more than just one hand.

When you have no idea if someone wants to give you a hand shake, hug you, or give you a high 5. Usually ends extremely awkwardly.
