The capitol of Frisia is Leeuwarden.

Frisian chad 

A stoic unhospitable tall blond farmer that speaks an incomprehensible language. Basically Varg's wet dream.

friscalating 

An effect caused by the sun setting over the horizon creating an optical illusion of shimmering, liquefied light. Akin to a mirage.
