Followers of the Meep

A religious sect devoted to the word Meep. They believe that it is holy. Any stating of the word by a non-Follower is regarded as heresy, and it is seen to anger their deity, the Eternal Meepismor. This is backed up by the fact that the person in question seems to always end up being that month's sacrifice to the Eternal Meepismor.

The sacrifice of the month is entirely dependent on the Eternal Meepism of the Month, a piece of wisdom which the religious leaders of the Followers, the Great Meepers, claim to recieve from a jellyfish formation in the Great Sea of Meep, which is in the parallel Holy Meep Dimension, at the heart of which the Great Meepismor resides. Only the very Meepest can enter the Holy Meep Dimension, according the the Great Meepers.

When the Eternal Meepism of the Month has been revealed, preparations for the Sacrifice, which takes place the day before the revealing of the next Eternal Meepism, begin. If the Meepism is a happy one, a jellyfish is sacrificed by the Great Meepers themselves. If it is not pleasant, a human is sacrificed, using the stings of jellyfish. The human to sacrifice is chosen by the Great Meepers, depending on who they feel it would most please the Eternal Meepismor to sacrifice. The method of sacrifice is supposed to keep the balance - jellyfish are sacrificed by humans; humans are sacrificed by jellyfish.

Studies proving a strong correlation between Great Meepers whose PMS coincides with the Choosing of the Meepism and the proportion of sacrifices which are human is largely disregarded, because people who pay attention to it have a mysterious tendency to end up as the next sacrifice.

As previously stated, only the Meepest can ever enter the Holy Meep Dimension. Therefore, only the Meepest know that it actually exists. Only the Great Meepers have the power to Percieve the Meepness of others, and they always seeem to declare themselves much more Meep than others. Those who the Great Meepers declare truly Meep often tend to be those whose bank accounts' sudden decline coincides with the sudden rise in the Great Meepers'. People who investigate this principle often tend to meet the same fate as the PMS investigators.
The Followers of the Meep tend to scare anyone living nearby, due to their practice of sacrificing people using jellyfish.

Breadhead

Someone who is addicted to obtaining money and building wealth. A money addict and fanatic. Breadheads often work more than one full-time job, and some even participate in illicit activities to "obtain the bread".
A breadhead is like a crackhead, but for money instead of crack.

Stink lines

As seen in illustrations or cartoons: Wavy, vertical lines rising above a person, place or thing. Denotes a foul odor.
"You didn't put enough stink lines on your picture of the teacher."

schmegegge

Yiddish slang word meaning bullshit, baloney, hogwash, nonsense, crock of shit or hot air.
I don't buy the schmegegge about Morty sleeping with Moira.
His version of the story was pure schmegegge.
The whole schmegegge was made up to get Liz a little bit of attention.

eye bleach

Looking or experiencing something nice after witnessing something horrid like a disgusting gif or a disturbing video. Typically used as eye bleach are nice images of whatever makes the disturbed person happy.
"Bleach my eyes! Why is that woman's face ripped off!?"
*Looks up images of puppies and kittens.*
"That's good eye bleach."

Noun. Portmanteau of "street" and "road": it describes a street, er, road, built for high speed, but with multiple access points. Excessive width is a common feature. A common feature in suburbia, especially along commercial strips. Unsafe at any speed, their extreme width and straightness paradoxically induces speeding. Somewhat more neutral than synonymous traffic sewer.
Did you see what the traffic engineers want to do to our street? They're going to turn it into a total stroad!
