A military term meaning to Fart With Confidence. It refers to one’s ability to fart without fear of follow through, usually following a bout of vicious diarrhoea.

Following a poor street food choice, Ben was racked with gut pains and remained in the field hospital, close to the latrines. After 24 hours of violent porcelain penalties, he was back in form and declared himself cleared to FWC. Hopefully Ben learnt a valuable lesson.
