Another really great "tight" feeling. This is when a female stands on her head in front of a man(or women) who is sitting down. The naked woman will spread her legs open as she leans forward shoving her exposed clam in the face of whoever is sitting down. As the person sitting down starts to get a taste of clam, the woman then brings her legs forward and tightly wraps them around the person's head. This creates a vice grip around the person's head giving them a nice smothering of delicious clam.
