Chuck A Jolly 

Named after the "Jolly" or "posh person", Chucking a Jolly is a way of reacting to a frightening or startling situation. There are three steps:
1. To be startled/frightened
2. To be embarrassed of your fright
3. To accept the embarrassment.

"Yo, did you see Angus on the ghost train?"
"Yeah, he totally freaked out"
"Hey Angus! Way to Chuck a Jolly!"
