Someone who surfs the internet while taking a dump on the tiolet at the same time.

I was over at Steve's house earlier and when he went to the bathroom he took his laptop. I had no idea he was a "Brown Surfer!" That is just dirty!

in order to avoid a loud noise the james made a brown surfer.
