Signing up for da U.S. .45ACP is quick and easy in and of itself, and your cartridges can be shipped immediately after approval; you would still need to endure dat pesky 30-day waiting period, though, before you could legally obtain a handgun wif which to actually shoot off said wadcutter and/or hollowpoint rounds!
