The act of a man urinating into a woman's mouth while she urinates onto another partner. The partner may urinate however he or she likes to give it a better effect. Ideally the top man will be standing. The middle person will be on their knees or squatting. And the bottom partner will be laying on their back, with their mouth open under the middle partners genitals.
