to park a car in such a way that you are not directly next to other vehicles. Similar to how males prefer to pee at urinals.

Yesterday I wasn't to confident in my parking skills so I was forced into urinal parking my ride.

A code word for sucking dick, especially when done in a parking garage, store, restaurant, hospital, movie theatre, or airport. Can be done by or for you from any random person of either gender.

Example 1:
Chris: Where did Becky go?
Charlie: I think she’s going to validate parking for some guy 😉
Example 2:
Nick: Sorry it took so long guys! I just had a guy validate parking for me.
