Ingredient found in most cold and cough medication. To get a high off of DXM (Dextramethorphan Hydrobromide HBR 30mg or 60mg) you must take a minimum of 240mg of DXM. As time progresses from the use of DXM you will have to consume more medication to get the euphoric hallucination that you had the first time you used DXM.
Dude when I first took shit that had DXM in it, it only took 8 to fuck me up. Now that I've taken them long it takes at least 24 to get me a buzz.

This shit will make you trip balls if you chug a half bottle of Robitussin. It's fun, cheap, and easy to get. Your vision will blur and you not be able to walk right. It's kinda like a drunk feeling. But it is okay and you will feel like puking if you take a lot of cough syrup. I personally recommend cough syrup, but pills work just as well. Just be careful cuz you can overdose, and nobody should try that. So be careful and have fun!

DXM is an OTC drug found mainly in cough syrups or caps. It has an epic trip, but as a beginner, take in a safe environment.
I took 700mg, my first time, at school and ended up in a bathroom stall, crying, throwing up and trying to walk through the bathroom wall.
Although DXM is amazing, it can have some pretty obvious side effects like dilated pupils, shaking, confusion and unsteady walking.
The effect I found strangely most upsetting was that I couldn’t feel pain. I punched walls and slammed my head into bricks and felt nothing but a tingle.

if a large amount is taken, it messes with your mind. a popular drug to find it in is Cloricidin Cough and Cold, but can be deadly. To be safer, use Dexalone, which does not have harmful side effects.

From my experience, the only negative effect from this drug is the detox effect from it. This effect makes you really itchy. The itch starts at your head, and in the period of a few ours can work its way down to your feat. But, it doesnt really take away from the high, and you dont really even care. And when you do scratch yourself where you itch when your on it, it seems to feel really good similiar to when you scratch a dog in the perfect spot.
The high lasts for about 6-8 hours. When the high wears off, or when you wake up in the morning, there is no hangover or negative feeling in which is perceived from the dxm trip. I reccomend this drug dxm in moderation, to be taken at least once a month to clarify your life in a positive light,...and at the most, once a week.
Oh yeah....and this drug, unlike coke, crack, weed, meth, or anything else for that matter, does not kill one single brain cell, and i would argue that its effects actually help to enhance your thinking processes(i.e.create new neural pathways in your mind which expenentially increase one's problem solving abilities)
