A person who can never seize to work. They could be on their first vacation in 10 years and while on vacation immediately start building a fence around the hotel.

Man, I don't understand Randy. He works like 80 hrs/week. Every time I call the guy he is working on a project. One time I called him on Sunday and he was helping build the second Noah's Arc. He doesn't know how to relax. Once in Barbados, while on vacation he helped 15 laborers in roofing in 130 degree heat. He has no life. He is a true workaholic.

Such individuals cannot just work a moderate pace because their workaholic instincts would kick in and result in them becoming actual workaholics. Workaholic slackers usually turn to xbox and beer to prevent themselves from working

Kantaloupe and Slammy are such workaholic slackers in law school. They downed a case of beer just to keep themselves from doing more law review assignments

procrastinating workaholic

Dan: My therapist said that I'm a procrastinating workaholic. Because once I start working on something, I work so hard that I injure myself by forgetting to breathe and do all this other stuff. I just have a problem getting started. For me, it's like a perfectionism thing. Like, I can't just do something and try my best. I'm like, "If I do this thing, it has to be amazing." It doesn't matter if it's an essay, a YouTube video or tidying my bedroom. I'll be like, "If I do this, I have to DO it, man!" And that's the thing, I put this fear in myself. If I were just someone who was like, "I can just do it." You know, roll with the punches. Go with the flow of life. But for me, it's like a perfectionism thing. It's that I know that when I start it, I am going to work so hard that I'm going to be bleeding. Because I care too much, because I'm a freak. I'm definitely someone that cares.

A severe sickness that at times can kill due to stress and other erroneous factors.

Amir was in the hospital but he continued his Zoom schedule as per normal. Amir is what we call a severe workaholic.
