This resulted into the bombing of Japan (either way America took credit for it since he was sent under their name). Powers sometimes vary but officials have stated that he once turned into a black man just so he could give everyone around the world the n-word pass this including Obama. Obama felt so close to Jaime that he even told him his last name.
