Man 1: "SN-OUGH!"
Man 2: Bless you
Man 1: Oh, that wasn't really a sneeze, it was more a cough. Actually, I think it was both. Let's call it a "snough".

The combined simultanous occurrence of a sneeze and a cough, which is usually expelled through the mouth.
I was sitting down to eat my sandwich at lunch time when my co-worker came over and snoughed all over my balogna sandwich and my snack-pak thus completely ruining my lunch.

Pronounced "Snoff". The act of suddenly and spontaneously coughing, in a similar fashion to a sneeze. This is usually brought on by not coughing when necessary, or by a sudden tickle in the throat. This is often accompanied with a slow settle-down period of about 3 seconds after a snough, which is also similar to a sneeze.
Dan: Hey, I was ri-SNOUGH... riding my bike the other day and I went off this sick jump.
Jim: Was that a snough?
