"Clown car" (or "clowncar") is the nickname for the Soviet BA-64 vehicle in the realistic war game Red Orchestra: Ostfront 41-45. Coined by an unknown community member, the term spread like wildfire. The reason why many people call it the clown car is because the vehicle is often used in favour of unrealistic and "gamey" tactics. Such tactics include the popular drive-by-satchelling (wich envolves racing towards a tank, instantly jumping out at the very last second, dropping an explosive satchel charge on the back of the enemy tank, then quickly driving off before blowing up the tank).

Such "tactics" are frowned upon by many RO players (especially those who enjoy realistic tactics), but it is also considered fun to do every once in a while by quite a lot of people.
"K guys let's try to pile as many soldiers as possible on this clown car and open up a can of pwnage on them lolol!"

"We should name the BA-64 the Clown Car in honor of all the brave clown satchel-throwers serving for their Motherland!" -- Feldwebel Crin

"the Tigerpolizei are rounding up BA64 drivers so look out! :-O" -- middenrat

When you cram more people in a car than are leagally supposed to be based on seatbelt regulations. This can include people sitting on laps, being locked in the trunk, laying on top of eachother, crammed in so tight that you can't move or your face is pressed up against the window.
It was a rainy day and we needed a ride to the coffee shop so Olivia let us clown car it. Olivia drove, Azelea sat in the passanger seat with Shorty on top of her, Daniel, Mindy, Eric, and about five backpacks were in the back, and Alix was in the trunk with the rest of the backpacks. I jumped in on top of Daniel and Eric and got a little closer to them than I had ever wanted to. The windows were so steamed that the three cops who drove by wouldn't have been able to tell that there were many people in the car at all. We totally clown carred it.

Like the mini-van (2 fingers in the vagina, a full fist (five fingers) in the ass. Just like a real mini-van, 2 in the front, five in the back), the clown car involves a full fist in the vagina and a full fist in the ass. Just like a clown car, there are inexplicably 5 in the front and 5 in the back.
I was finger-banging this tripe last night and she insisted on taking both fists. I filled her holes like a fucking clown car.
