Hypocrite 

Someone who tries to tell somebody else they're uptight, then tries to tell them that they're nasty when they talk about shot uptight people don't talk about. A bullshit person.

The hypocrite told the guy one minute he was uptight, and the next minute told him he was too nasty and gross (and ill). She was as nasty as anybody, and thought all her kettles were too black.
