A rag for which the clean-up procedure after a hefty ejaculation period. Sometimes such a rag can be used during said action so as to catch spermatozoa before offending matter causes bother.

Excessive shredding, self-absorbed guitar soloing, or devotion to nerdy, technical aspects about guitars; also owning or fantasizing about extremely expensive equipment designed to make one feel better about oneself as a guitar player.

I went into guitar center the other day, but the guitar wankage was so over the top I had to clean my ears out with a q-tip.

wanklage

A computer programming language that provokes more discussion of how it may be implemented, or how to overcome its built-in limitations, than of what useful programs can be written in it. An absorber of language wankage.

I think Haskell may have supplanted Lisp as the pre-eminent wanklage. I have come to appreciate the fog of wanklages for their power of keeping discussions of useful and potentially useful languages relatively free of wankage.
