Someone who is so addicted to twatter, they use hashtags outside of it.
These include;
Tumblr.
Youtube.
Facebook.

A gay man, or same gender-loving self-identified male, who uses excessive and arbitrary amounts of gay-related hashtags after an instagram selfie.

Tommy used at least 15 hashtags in his last tweet, he's a real hashfag.
