Hook off

When you have a planned apppointment/date with someone and they cancel. They usually have a lame excuse and it gets them off the hook for the meeting.

I'm going to hook off with Mike next week.

When someone tells a hooker that they have to work in the morning, and the hooker encourages them loudly and forcefully to "HOOK IT OFF."

Hooker: "Hey, you want whatever I do?"

Man in Buick: "Sorry, I need to be up early for the work."

Hooker: "HOOK IT OFF!"
