Complete disregard on the part of a friend, girlfriend or ex-girlfriend for any minor stupid thing you said or did while drunk (i.e. drunk texting, drunk calling, drunken Facebook status updates, drunken confession, ETC).
Ex-girlfriend: "We broke up two days ago. Why did you call me at 3 A.M. for a booty-call?"

You: "I plead drunken immunity."

Drunken Immunity

Exemption from any deeds committed following an alcohol blood content of .2% or higher. As blood alcohol content reaches a level that reduces the individual dramatically, they have a sort of 'diplomatic immunity', you know, cause they have no fucking clue where they are.
Person 1: Okay, why were naked in the bathtub, who was that whale, and you better put that porch swing back wherever you found it.

Person 2: Dude, you saw how much he drank last night. I call Drunken Immunity.
