When poking fun at someone for performing a hilarious act or after doing something stupid yourself.

That guy staggered in the bar, sat down at the bar stool and glared over as a big glob of drool ran from his lip to his shirt. PHURNT!

I stubbed my toe on the way in from the parking lot. PHURNT!
