squeakup 

Through the nose, exhale slowly with a soft 'hmm', then inhale sharply (also through the nose), producing a 'hmm-hp!' sound. This is a squeakup. Looks and sounds similar to a hiccup, and is extreme happiness in sound form. It is often accompanied by a facial expression of glee, and is highly contagious.

When Emilio squeakupped in delight, Paula couldn't help but mimic.

A squishy boy who laughs with his whole body. May or may not be a know-it-all. Can usually be found making women fall to their knees with laughter. Probably causes those women to giggle and blush like teenagers.

Everyone needs a Squeakums in their life.

1. Someone who squeaks.

2. A small person with a raw sense of humor who squeaks when you shank him or shoot him with an airsoft gun. He likes carrots.

Yeah, I know him. He's a squeakus.
