When one becomes too intoxicated to hold on to a beer bottle they are sent to this fictional land where they lose bottle privileges and are allowed to drink cans of beer only. Additionally, whoever breaks the most bottles is named "Mayor of Can City" and is responsible for giving a population count each time someone new enters Can City.
Butterfingers over here just broke 4 beer bottles and is looking to become Mayor of Can City population 1!
