Mumble Jumble

Speaking without thought; talking like an un-educated person on a subject they know nothing about; giving an answer to a question that has no relevancy to the question; Sean's cousin Bob gave a Mumble Jumble answer (not Mumbo Jumbo Dr. Bob).
Bob gave a Mumble Jumble answer to Sean's simple question about a fishing trip.

mumble-jumble

Intense mumbling that some people do in a conference-call when they start discussing something at one end, oblivious of the fact that it can't be heard - or understood - by participants at the other end.
My tricky question stumped the unprepared team in the US and they went into a mumble-jumble that made absolutely no sense to us at this end.

Mumble Jumble Woo

The annoying and infuriating word posts that abuse other races or religions.

The posters of these words alienate a number of persons of the insulted race or religion, and therefore triggering a mass number of opposing new posts.

This process continues perpetually, at each time consuming more people until nearly thousands of users are posting, enraged by as little as one miniscule post.

The process is exhausting, yet practically stupid. Most users involved in this war of words, are unaware that it was probably started by a fool with nothing better to do than to degrade other races or religion.
1. Americans Watch too much FOX.

2. The British Drink too much tea.

3. Australians have too much native wildlife.

(Note: I do not support any racial conflict, these are just examples)

2. talk that is confused or difficult to understand.
1. Do not jumble-mumble; speak your mind distinctly.
2. I cannot understand your speech; it is all jumble-mumble.

A toe rag was originally a foot wrapping used, since mediaeval times up until the mid-nineteenth century, to protect the foot from chafing by boots or shoes. As these were, quite literally, rags they weren’t usually washed, and so with use they became very smelly until they were thrown away. Because of the similarity in smell, toe rag also became the name applied to dried, salted cod or other things with a strong, unpleasant, fishy smell. It didn’t take that long before the name was applied to someone who was an obnoxious, unpleasant OIC.
1 “Socks! Those aren’t socks you smelly git, they’re toe rags!”
2 “What have you been cooking? Smells like toe rag!”
3 “I can smell ‘er fanny from ‘ere, proper toe rag.”
4 That Heale Malcolm is a right toe rag.

Eternity leave

When some resigns or retires from a job, they are on "eternity leave". This can also refer to someone who has passed away, especially someone who worked somewhere for a long time, retired/resigned, then passed away later.
Oh I'm sorry, you didn't know that Kelly is on eternity leave? She resigned and moved to Hawaii!

With regrets I would like to inform you that my boss is officially on eternity leave. I will never see or hear them again. Ever.
