This is a devastating mental illness that people suffer at the change of season. One refuses to accept the season has changed and dresses rather inappropriately for the current temperature.

Seasonal Confusion

When it's changing seasons and you don't know what season it's changing to.

Today is October but are we headed into Winter or Summer? Wouldn't know. That is seasonal confusion.
