Made famous by the Norwegian ski jump commentator Arne Scheie's repeated promotion of his "hoppblogg", when he clearly didn't know anything about what he was talking about.

someone who hasn't blogged for a VERY long time, tempting others to remove him/her from their blogrolls.

"what the heck happened to amanda? she hasn't posted in months."

"she's become a hoboblogger."
