Retarculous was originally coined by To Catch a Predator decoy, Emily Bicks. It is a conjunction of 'Retarded' and 'Ridiculous.' It is used to describe something that is extremely dumb, stupid, etc.

A person that is retarded and ridiculous to the state of being horrible.

Wrapped up on something so bad that you act retard to the ridiculous state that makes everyone think you are horrible.To be retarculousable, you have to be exactly llike him/her.
