a HUGE monstrosity of a zit, often found on teenage faces. not to be used regarding peopel with major acne, ususlaly just on relatively normal faces that sometimes go PEUF! and develop huge ginormous pimples.

A large and often fat person with so much acne they are unrecognizable as human.
