When someone is texting or playing with their cell phone while walking very, very slowly and not paying attention to their surroundings. Cellular drifters tend to weave erratically on the sidewalk making it difficult to pass them. person 1: "What took you so long?"
person 2: "Sorry, I'm late. The girl walking in front of me was cellular drifting and I couldn't get past her." |
