It begins with a 'reverse' tea bag. (you approach from above the head)this way the sack covers the eyes. the recipient flutters their eyelids in attempt to see what just happened.

You must be very careful, their reaction can be quite painful.

Flapjacking

Best suited for women that have had a child. Their breast will sometimes be flattened and rest on their chest like a couple of flapjacks or pancakes.

Verb: when you place the palm of your hand between a woman's breasts and shake it side to side as fast you can, causing a flapping or slapping sound.

I was flapjacking my wife for our anniversary, that's why I'm walking with a limp.
