Noun: An extremely overweight mule in Pennsylvania that does not function like a normal horse and has no will or inspiration to do anything with its time or life. Generally useless, lazy, smells horrid, and does not contribute to any notable efforts. Has stayed in the same place the entirety of its life.

Used to refer to a lazy or otherwise unkempt person, as well as a dishonest drama starter - often one that still lives with their mother despite being well past the age of moving - and regularly associates with people half their age.

The word is locally derived from Northern Pennsylvania along the border of NY, however has been been heard all across regions of the East Coast, most notably by farmers or small town residents in reference to the ''village idiot''
''man, there goes that Rumpff again hanging out with the local kids''

''I would love to have some hay for all my cows, but that Rumpff keeps eating it all''

Synonymous with ''Obese, foul, multi chinned, atrocious mule'' - Rumpff is a term coined by occupants of ''Meth Valley'' in Bradford County, Pennsylvania, specifically the residents of 4th, Hugh, and Spruce St. respectively.

The word is typically used as a derogatory or otherwise offensive term for heavier set, unbathed, unkempt, alcoholic, and generally putrid smelling individuals, who steal their mothers' prescriptions and sell them, and who despite approaching 30 years old, still live in the same house they grew up in with no plans of leaving.

The word was originally inspired by a local resident of this area, and was so frequently used by 2019, that it was actually labeled a form of ''bullying'' to refer to someone by this term.
''Oh man, that Rumpff is STILL at the bar''
''The ground is shaking... earthquake? Oh nevermind, its just a Rumpff walking down the street''
''There goes that Rumpff again, stealing her mothers car to go to the bar''

Get the Stroud mug.
A combination of the words ''Stupid and Proud'' - Stroud is actually a pretty clever word, originating from the Bradford County region of Pennsylvania, and is used in reference to someone who has never been in a fight, been affiliated with a gang or ''street life'', or been anywhere beyond the 20 mile stretch of the city they were born in, yet dresses and acts as if they have.

Where the word is generally used in this context, it is also used as an expression for a deadbeat father, a freeloader, a manipulator, and has on occasion been used to reference a pathological liar.

The term began circulating around the region, and subsequently nationally, in 2016, when a young boy named Brad and his friends broke into a house and assaulted an elderly man, before stealing from him. The young boy would go on to gloat to all of his friends and on social media about the crime, before eventually being arrested and sentenced to prison, where he then began pretending he was a ''gangster'' or a ''thug'', wearing ''thug life'' shirts, and referring to himself as ''the mob enforcer''.

A meme of the boy throwing up gang signs and wearing fake jewelery spread across local social media in 2019, followed by the boys alleged cellmate claiming that the boy was his ''babygirl'' later that year, spiking popularity in the words use.
''it's not a good thing to be stroud''

''you're acting like you're about that life, but you're actually just stroud''
