Slang for cannabis. Used in situations when one or more aspects of a person's normal functioning is impaired from cannabis use or method of use (ie. smoking, vaporizing etc.)

To put down someone verbally by identifying them using their surname followed by the year 2012. Also often used as reference to a political campaign.
