Black Russian 

A brand of luxury cigarette made by Sobranie but no longer available, at least in the United States. Black Russians were wrapped in deep brown paper and sometimes had gold tips and had a flavor a bit like Nat Shermans. They were the best cigarettes ever made.

Black Russians had so much tar and nicotine their sale was banned.

To mind one's own business. Apparently derived from or related to nibby and nebby, meaning 'nosy'.

To see a gay man whose appearance is very muscled and masculine, and then to hear him speak in a very effeminate voice. Used to ridicule gay men who try to hide their effeminacy by working out and adopting the appearance of a he-man.

At first I thought Kurt was really hot, but it was see Tarzan hear Jane. As soon as he opens his mouth you know he's gay.
