He's an annoying friend however he can be very friendly once in a while. He is a very touchy person and he lies. However hes nice at times. He might get you trouble however the best thing is to ignore him sometimes cus he gives in to attention. The example isn't literal however it's trying to say he can be nice once then annoying and mean another.
