Youthacabra is a Hispanic teen or young adult who vandalizes or tags property maliciously, often for no reason. Typically a by-product of a broken home or bad parenting, they are common to the Southwest. Specifically, they are found in the ghetto or working class areas of Vegas, Phoenix, Tucson or Los Angeles.
