The feeling after you stretch or get up after sitting/lying down for a long time, where you momentarily feel intoxicated and unsure of what's going on, sometimes collapsing or making a strange noise. After the initial feeling of wooziness subsides, an individual usually feels like they just had a really good idea or thought, but forgot what it was.

"Man, I got up and stretched then suddenly I felt all woozily and collapsed on the ground."

an expression to exclaim general excitement. Usually brought on by high levels of intoxication

"oh man, did you see (name) at the party last night. He was so woobily we had to leave early"

can be also used as past tense:

"Man, I was so woobled at the party last night we had to leave early"
