The slang usage of the term dates back to the 1960s.6 The metaphor of identifying a person as a douche is intended to associate a variety of negative qualities, specifically arrogance and malice. Douche nozzle7 is a more recent pejorative which is roughly similar to Douche bag.

wishbaby 

in fanfiction terms, a wishbaby is a baby that was wished for and not technically formed by the disgusting act of smut. it tends to be an alternative option of mpreg so writers don’t have to explain the biology behind how one man impregnated another.

So here’s the thing: Steve has not had sex in months. Steve has not had the kind of sex that would result in him being pregnant ever, because he’s never trusted anyone enough to be vulnerable like that.

Which, of course, means it’s a wishbaby.
