Windectomy

A procedure for those with their head so far up their rectum they need a window implanted in their stomach to be able to see.

Foreman: "Damnit, gump! You need a friggin windectomy, I swear it'd help you"

Apprentice: "Is that a real thing? Maybe I should look into it..."
