A procedure for those with their head so far up their rectum they need a window implanted in their stomach to be able to see.

Foreman: "Damnit, gump! You need a friggin windectomy, I swear it'd help you"

winedectomy 

When you have to cut the box of wine open to extract the wine bag in order to collect/extract the remaining wine.

I shook the box, I could hear the wine, but nothing was coming out of the spigot .... so I performed a winedectomy.
