A person who employs monetary arguments or issues to try to convince a person to make a decision different from the initial one, especiallywhen the initial choice may be more beneficial(notwithstanding its monetary issues).
Ex:He said that she should purchase the more skimpy purse since it was more expensive and thus of higher quality. However, it would be a bad choice in the sense that the purse is skimpy or not very strong. She called him a wigger wagger since the more expensive purse ripped the next day.
Jake: "Hey Justin, Molly told me you're a Wigger now, is it true?"
Justin: "Yo shorty, what's the bizzle in the hizzle fo' shizzle? Don't be hatin' foo. I'm just keepin' it phresh on the flippity flop, HOLLA NOW!"
Jake: "wow... I don't think we can be friends anymore."
A brief, often accidental moment in a persons life where they act like a wigger. This lasts only for a short time, usually no more than a minute or two.
