wibwebwob

Half-hearted reference to the World Wide Web, implying that the speaker has yet, quite, to master the terminology, let alone the technology.

Part of a long tradition among the upper classes of England of using infantile language to describe something e.g. "pidgies" for pyjamas, which became popular, along with pyjama parties, in the 1930s
"My grandchildren keep telling me I should be reading the wibwebwob, but I can't find it on the newstands anywhere."
