A combination of the words walk, and slog (See defenition of Slog) that is used to express the movement of an un-dedicated trackster that doesn't want to run the required amount of laps, so takes an easier form.
Coach: Okay girls 3 miles. Go! **blows whistle**
Lazy Trackster I: Maan...I HATE running...3 miles? Pfft. **spits**
Lazy Trackster II: Dude, no way I'm runnin' 3 miles. Let's just walsog the whole way.
