Wallclimber
A variation on a blowback where someone goes down on their hunkers and hyperventilates, and then stands up quickly, inhaling as someone else blows marijuana smoke into their mouth.
"Man, I did a wallclimber last night and passed out cold, collapsed onto a chair and smashed it to pieces."
