The opposite of studboy; a male who is extremely physically unattractive, which may be due to obesity, unkempt personal appearance, or lack of physical dexterity in using medical devices such as walkers or canes.

I was trying to cross the street but I had to step outside the sidewalk because I couldn't get around the grotesque walkerboy who was barely moving.
