When you fill your Two door (*most likely a Pinto, A Rabbit, or Tercel) up with way more than 4 people. Just like mexicans who are attempting to cross the border.

John: Damn, dude we gotta make it to this party, but we only got 4 seats in my car, and 16 people trying to roll

Wab Packed 

When a certain place is full of beaners (wabs). Sometimes, there are so many beaners, you can't even move your body.

1. That Mexican bar is always wab packed, those beaners act like theres free food in there.
2. Peewee's house is so fucking wab packed, there's like 13 people living there.
3. I just saw a wab packed civic with 8 beaners in it, fucking beanfest.
