Said person has to give up his old name as it is no longer worthy. The Volker is seen by all as the king of kings. He can also get any girl he chooses at any time (bc he can control time) and he can surpass the laws of physics or any science for that matter (whether its destroying/creating universes or traveling faster than the speed of light).
