Vlad Tepes

Vlad Tepes (english: Vlad The Impaler) was the voievod (english: Ruler) of Tara Romaneasca (english: Wallachia).
He is commonly known as Dracula because he impaled people.

English guy: Have you heard of Dracula ?

Romanian guy: Yes, but he is based on Vlad Tepes.
