To hoax an entire community into believing you have an awful disease. To have thousands walking and raising money for your cause because you are believed to be a survivor and therefore an inspiration to others.
When a person's prosthetic hook falls off only to reveal the natural appendage hidden inside, you can say "Wow! you Tracy Darted the shit out of that!".
