An older woman, who likes to party. Collects random things such as rocks, doesn't have a job, and probably attended woodstock. Usually has a few tattoos, wears opals and turquoise jewelry. Listens to a lot of Beatles and has small feet and hands. Wears hair down or braided. Could be mistaken as a gypsy or a hippie.

Friend: Yo, your mom is so cool.
Me: Yeah, she's a tinkerbitty.

A character who seems to be “one of the good guys” but is actually the reason everything is messed up. The term TinkerBitch comes from the character Tinker Bell because she ruined all of the fairies hard work only to appear as a good guy in the end.
