A extremely anal person who constantly takes crap from others or endures abuse while very slowly becoming angry (tic-tocing) and then without warning explodes and goes completely psycho.
Watch out! Ann is starting to tick, she's a time bomber and has a slow fuse but I don't want to be anywhere near her when she explodes!
